Provo Vs. San Diego

In 12 days I'll be heading back to California and leaving Provo for good! So exciting, but at the same time a little sad. It is definately strange knowing that I wont be coming back here, and I will probably never call this place home again. Im so grateful for the experiences Logan and I had living in provo. Our first years together were spent here, and it was amazing! Just a few things I'm going to miss about provo:
-Sensuous Sandwich (seriously the most amazing sandwich place I have ever been to.)
-Our lovely little home, I am SO sad to leave this place, its been the best.
-The huge mountains! I dont think you ever really get used to seeing massive mountains right outside your window..
-Being close to Tanner and Alana, they are our best friends and its definitely going to be really tough to be so far away from them.
-My job! Working at empower group has been challenging and so fun, I really am sad to leave this place. Maybe someday they will move the company down to San Diego.............
-The Shopping! Great selection of bathing suits and church clothes that are already modest. If only I had more money to spend on that sort of thing!

On the other hand, I am sooooo ready and excited to move back to California. I miss my family so much! I really hate being far away from them, and now more than ever I want to be close to my momma. I'm so glad I get to be home when our little dude is born, and we can all be together.  Even though there is alot I am going to miss about utah, the stupid weather is not one of them. The snow is dumb, the heat is uncomfortable, and there are like 3 days out of the entire year that are totally comfortable. That is just not something that I love, and I've paid my dues by putting up with it as long as I did :) I'm excited to be home for these reasons, even though I'm sure there are lots more..
-Pat can make his famous ooey gooey delicious neiman marcus cookies
-Our parents will be around when we have our little! Amazing!
-Season Tickets to Hunters Football games this year! Fun!
-The beach
-Saster Stephs wedding!! Yay for love!
-Getting to know sweet Emmy Claire, oh what a joy that will be!
-Logan and I starting another chapter of our life, not only with a new baby but starting out somewhere new and not really knowing where the future will take us.

Ahh so excited! and nervous, and a little scared..but Im ready!! Pray for us :) We are still looking for a place to live!

Love to all of you, P.S. we still don't have a name for this little guy, suggestions?

K, so you already know this but I'm totally campaigning for Landon as your little's name. I'm so excited for you guys to be able to start your new chapter. You asked on facebook how we were and I never answered so I'll tell you here that starting our new chapter is awesome. It's not cool not knowing anyone but that'll come. We're waiting on news for the house we put an offer in on so we're probably moving which makes investing time and friendships in a temporary place kinda hard. Plus, Jared has our one car at work which is also hard but... Him having a full time job is great. The people here are so friendly (driving, grocery stores, etc.) and so far, the weather has been great. It'll just get pretty hot but at least no snow. :) Anywho...keep this handy dandy blog updated for us far away folk, k? :)
