Let me call you Sweetheart

My sweet sweet Nana. I've been missing her alot lately. We always had such a great relationship, and I honestly do not have a single bad memory of her. She was so much fun, and never seemed old to me. Her license plate on her car said "Id rather be shopping at Nordstrom" haha! She loved Olive Garden, and I remember many times going shopping, and getting lunch afterwards, most of the time at olive garden. When her cancer started to get really bad, she craved chocolate shakes from Carls Jr. She used to call me "her little picker" because I picked at the food shed make for dinner before it was on the table. I notice now, that my mom does the same thing, as Im sure nana did as well :) We used to go to their house every sunday for dinner, and there was always dessert. I think we even had dessert after lunch! She had such a generous heart, and everyone felt so welcome around her. We loved watching A Wedding Story on TLC, when it was a really good episode she would call me up and ask if I watched it. She watched the food network and soap operas during daytime TV. Without fail, she always had a bag of Lays potato chips in the kitchen, and she loved the chips shaped like tacos. When I was a little girl, I called her every single day. I remember sitting on the stool by the phone and just talk with her. Stephanie and I used to wrap her christmas presents for her so we could make some money. Looking back, we didnt even wrap the presents well at all, but she still let us do it, and had cookies and lunch for us, and definately paid us way more than we deserved. Today was the day 4? years ago she was diagnosed with cancer, and just a few short months later she passed away. Oh, I miss her so. I am so happy I get to see her again someday, I just wish she was able to be here to experience all the joy thats been going on in the wonderful family she and grandpa created. I hope she knows how much we all love her.
