On friday I flew home to san diego to suprise sister nik for her baby shower on saturday!! It was a perfect little trip and it was a blast hanging out with my family. On friday night (after i jumped out of the closet and suprised nikki with my presence) we went out for pizza and enjoyed eachothers company :) saturday was the day of the shower.. in the morning steph and I finished up making ADORABLE bows and headbands for sweet baby emmerson- she is going to be the best dressed baby around.. (but really I am going to start making more bows and what not its so fun and soo easy) and then we were off to the shower! It was soo dang cute - everything was so girly and pink. Nikki and emmy got sooo much stuff, all the necessary things to make sure she is dolled up every day :) it was fun visiting with people I havent seen in a while, like rachel and sweet RYDER! Ryder is the little guy I used to nanny for when logan and I were engaged. I started with him when he was only like 2 months old and noe hes a little over a year - so he didnt recognize me, but hes still so dang cute. All in all it was a successful shower and well worth the trip home :) I spent the rest of my time hanging out with steph, and sunday morning I spent at the moores. I love my families to pieces and I am so grateful for the love I get from every single member of my family. I miss you san diego - We will meet again soon! xoxo
